Cancellation Policy

Flexible - 5 days (General)

• The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

• The customer will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel within 5 days of the arrival date.

• Thanks to the Card/Transfer Payment system, your full amount or 50% as appropriate will be disbursed on the same day of your cancellation.

• Your refund to your bank account will depend on the transaction times of each banking institution.
