The Apartment:

• Independent ground floor apartment with direct street access and alleyways on both sides, providing ample ventilation and natural light.

• One bedroom with an extra-large double bed.

• Separate living/dining room with a sofa bed, making it ideal for three adults or a couple with two children.

• Fully equipped and well-lit kitchen. New bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity with a large LED mirror.

• Air conditioning with heat pump.

Note: Our apartment does NOT have a gas supply; everything is electric, including the water heater and induction cooktop. For your safety and that of your family, it is equipped with a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire alarm.

Available (free of charge):

• 5G ​​WiFi access (test performed - average: 558 Mbps guaranteed).

• It has everything you might need (coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric stove with oven, etc.).

• A crib (upon request) and a highchair are available for your baby. A table, chairs, and a large parasol are provided for enjoying the fresh air right outside your apartment.

• Two chairs, a parasol, and beach mats are also included.

Useful Information:

• Nearby shops offer fresh fruit, meat, fish, and seafood from the Bay of Malaga.

• Bus and taxi stops are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to reach the city center or airport in under 10 minutes.

• The beach is less than 50 meters away, and there's a wide promenade perfect for strolling or finding a restaurant or café/pub to relax and enjoy the sea views.

• Work Area: If you wish to take a course or attend a conference, a desk and chair are provided, ideal for working comfortably. You'll also have access to 5G Wi-Fi (1Gbps fiber optic) to stay connected with family or colleagues.
  

IMPORTANT:

• Before your arrival (check-in), we need you to send us the personal identification details of all guests (including any minors). We require this information before your arrival (check-in) to complete the "Traveler Registration" in compliance with our Tourism Regulations. We need to have this printed form ready when you arrive at your apartment.

• Regarding the Traveler Registration, as stipulated in Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, which establishes the registration obligations for accommodations under Tourism regulations, the personal identification details required before your check-in are: • First and last name • Nationality • Type of document • Document number • Support number (only for Spanish National Identity Documents) • Date of birth • Permanent address (full address) • Telephone number • Email address • Relationship between travelers (if any are minors).
  

• "Casita La Playa" is located in a pedestrian-only residential area, free of car traffic, yet very close to the road and the beach, offering tranquility and easy access for your travels. Bus and taxi stops are less than a 5-minute walk away, and if you prefer to cycle or walk, there is a bike path and promenade along the entire Málaga coastline, allowing you to enjoy views of the sea and Málaga Bay.
  

• This apartment is located in the Pedregalejo neighborhood (29017) in Málaga, just a 15-minute drive from the city center.

• It's a traditional fishing neighborhood that has evolved into a thriving city, particularly in the service sector. Situated on the seafront with numerous restaurants and shops, it's also located on one of Málaga's best beaches. The area is welcoming, quiet, and offers a discreet, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding.
